At 900 m above sea level, Aspin-Simonm is a forest village located under the legendary Col Pass, a challenging stage of the Tour de France! This small town crossed by rivers has no more than houses but offers one of the most beautiful panoramas in the Pyrenees chain. Nestled in the middle of a vallon, the life is essentially around pastoralism and forest through ancestral activities that still work. A true nest out of time is also the starting point for many walks and, do not trust its size, the famous Passes road, created by Napoleon III, is borrowed every year by 30 000 tourists! Aspin-Simonm is an integral part of the National Park of the Pyrenees and is part of the villages of art and history of the Vallées and Du valleys.
