Good sound to be tasted live, a festive atmosphere as we like it, small home-made dishes which put forward local products, a top service, an atypical beer list and a setting without false note: the score of L'Apistomaque is the good one. This bar-restaurant is one of the valley's flagship establishments, and its summer concert program is almost as eagerly awaited as its menu. Colorful, vitaminized and with an assertive character, the place is seductive as can be. Country plates, hearty dishes, homemade burgers... it's all there!
