Become an expert! Nicolas André welcomes you in a vast modern kitchen that opens onto a pergola, fitted out as a dining room. The decor: a garden and a vegetable garden! Please note: this privileged setting can be privatized for your events from seven to twenty guests: barbecue, concert, brunch for your moments with friends, bachelor's parties, birthdays...

Well, from now on, you'll be singing along as you put into practice all the tips and tricks you've learned at Labo&Gato to make a success of... your cake. As well as training you in the chefs' tricks of the trade when it comes to crème aérienne, dacquoise and praliné feuillantine, the workshop provides all the equipment you need to make your own preparations (molds, siphons, pastry bags and sleeves...) as well as ingredients and food products (gelatins, baking powder, colorants, chocolate tablets...). The Toulouse Tourist Office offers cookery courses with a renowned chef. Two formulas are proposed "Saturday flavours" and "les nocturnes nocturnes". This last formula involves the sommelier of the month for a harmony of dishes and wines (two wines for aperitif and two wines per dish). There are also cookery courses for children from 3 years of age. Children love and speakers combine special kindness and technical skills to learn how to cook with tits ends of cabbage.
