Installed in the heart of Les Minimes, Ultrajump is a little more than a simple indoor trampoline park. It has been set up as a parkour ground, this urban discipline which consists in jumping from one point to another. You can exercise alone or with your family, the discipline being accessible from the age of six. Different modules are installed to vary the pleasures: a slackline to work on balance, "trampo baskets", three "trampo walls" to alternate jumps and rebounds on flexible walls. Enough to fill up with positive energy!

An urban golf course accessible by bus? Toulouse has done it, with Golf de Garonne, opening in 2019. Here you are just a few minutes from the city center, in a quiet setting on the banks of the Garonne: 17 hectares of a compact course, ideal when you want to play with little time to spare. A regional training center, it is aimed at beginners as well as experienced players, whether able-bodied or disabled. The 20-station driving range, 10 of which are covered, has a depth of 300 meters. There's also a panoramic restaurant with an attractive terrace.

This 4-star greenway was developed by the municipality of Toulouse for 10 km and then by the Department of Haute-Garonne for 43 km following the towpath of the canal. It is the longest and most beautiful in the region, the first section of an itinerary to Sète, in the shade of large plane trees. Here passes the splendid Véloroute du canal des Deux Mers. Along the way, you can admire the canal's engineering structures, locks and others, and the villages of the Lauragais.

Do you want to let off steam, to surpass yourself in an ultra-secure environment? Urban Corp, a newcomer to the sports scene, will interest you. The concept is still unheard of in Europe: a hall totally dedicated to the practice of obstacle sports.
