Place du Capitole, the Florida has been in existence since 1874. The brasserie is open 24 hours a day, and boasts a beautiful terrace with a breathtaking view of the town hall and square. On the menu are the great brasserie classics, but with a regional focus: tartare, duck confit burger, cassoulet, confit lamb mouse, cep and truffle ravioli... Upstairs, a more confidential club lounge takes you away from the hustle and bustle of the Cap: it's the Roof! This is the place to spend a hushed evening. But why? Because the atmosphere is reminiscent of clubs across the Channel with a French twist!
