Restaurant offering an inspired menu with amazing flavours near the newly renovated Place du Salin.

Make a stop in the Carmes district next to the newly renovated Place du Salin: this is where you will find Notes et Saveurs. It's a nice little three-in-one establishment. It's an aptly named grocery store since it offers more than one hundred and twenty spice references. At lunchtime, it's a restaurant with an inspired menu that changes every week: two starters, two main courses and two desserts, finely prepared and with amazing flavours. You will be wonderfully advised on the cellar side, since in the evening, Notes et Saveurs becomes a wine bar. A very rich menu, skilfully crafted, bears witness to this. To sum up, it's nice, you're well received and you'll enjoy it: run for it!

Super restaurant, autant le midi avec des menus de saison, que le soir avec des tapas variés. Le service est attentionné et sympathique. Grand choix de vins avec des conseils géniaux. Le personnel est adorable, et la cuisine délicieuse et variée. Superbe découverte. Allez y les yeux fermés pour moment convivial.
