L'Entrecôte is no longer shows up. It has long since become a Toulouse institution, as evidenced by the impressive queue on the Boulevard de Strasbourg at mealtime. A signature in yellow that is easy to recognize for the sign that will soon be blowing out its sixty candles! As about the setting, it is in the picturesque setting of a brasserie with its walls covered in red and gold tartan. Served efficiently, it's better! All the more so as the menu is unique: walnut salad as a starter, beef and chips at will, accompanied by the famous sauce, whose manufacturing secret is jealously guarded, which is the secret of the house's success... Friendly atmosphere!
