Here is a little discovery, a place of happiness in a popular district of the city! Soft music, subdued lighting, simple and elegant furniture and the waiters' smile have already made you forget the journey. The restaurant is successful and while enjoying the dish full of flavours, you begin to understand why. But this is only the beginning! After adding wild betel leaves to the many surprising ingredients: shrimps, ginger, peanuts, peppers and limes, you can choose between curry (based on coconut milk), the stir-fries or the pad (made with fried noodles), without forgetting the house specialities (steamed prawns with aromatic herbs and vermicelli, squids with sweet lemon juice flavoured with aromatic herbs, crispy fish fillet with lemongrass and ginger). For each dish, flavoured and cooked in a remarkable way, you have the choice: shrimps, chicken, beef or duck. They know what they do in the kitchen, Tira and all her team are Thai and select the best. When Tira offers mango and her sticky rice with coconut milk as a dessert, it is on a separate menu that she only gives customers if the fruit is really of high quality and indeed, it is a true delight. I was visiting Toulouse for a week during Thanksgiving from Texas, USA. I have had a soup One evening and the owner and employees everyone seemed to be friendly and courteous. The food was delicious kind of authentic I was feeling like having dinner in Thailand. You guys can try this restaurant And I recommend this place I will definitely go back whenever I make a visit to my second Home Toulouse .. thank you Merci à tous..
Cela dit, dans l’ensemble c’est juste excellent et il n’y a rien à dire de plus que : ALLEZ Y.
La carte est très pléthorique et variée, c’est très dur de choisir, l’authenticité est quasiment entièrement là, dans l’assiette. Prix un chouïa élevé en rapport à la quantité, mais justifié vis à vis de la qualité.
Je recommande entièrement !
Gens accueillants et serviables, cuisine agréable, épicée mais pas trop, c'était vraiment un bon moment.
