For more than ten years, with the lovely Denis on the orders, this charming establishment brings us to the specialties of Brittany, married to the know-how and gastronomy of the southwest! The location is very quiet and has a beautiful terrace, very pleasant for the Toulouse people in the beautiful days. Inside, a beautiful basement with pink brick in basement, dressed with beige and black, welcomes the tasting ends. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Prefer salty cakes, concocted from natural products and organic buckwheat flour. They are both copious and golden with salty butter, as it should be! There are here for all tastes, sweet flavors of Brittany, but also Gascogne or Provence: Jacket of Guéled, roquefort, tapenade, sausage of Toulouse, and the famous duck duck… to you to discover them! Don't forget to taste the Breton burger, a real delight! And not counting sweet crepes, suzette, ardéchoise or salidou! You can even compose your own pancake! A true Breton pancake in the heart of Toulouse is rare enough to be reported… and appreciated by all the smart!
