World War II museum in La Wantzenau, featuring an impressive military collection.

This private museum is dedicated to military equipment and the Second World War: over 120 vehicles, uniforms, weapons, insignia, photos, postcards, testimonials... You'll be able to see many different types of war machine up close. There's also a plane, a German speedboat in a pool, and above all the collection of the Sussex 1944 plan... It's one of the most important collections in Europe! The 7,000 m² site also features a D-Day trail, tree climbing, shooting range, simulator, bar and restaurant.

Interesting despite limited English and German translations. More than just a place to store WWII vehicles, each vehicle has a full set of accessories and tools giving you a better idea of how it was used. Lots of uniforms, weapons, and even a pilot rescue boat. The section on Operation Sussex was unique.

Great museum, they have lots of old tanks and weapons used during the great war.

It's a big place and has a small parking lot, the exhibition is really unique and interesting.
