At the foot of the village of Duras, when you head towards Marmande, don't miss a gourmet stop at the Maison des Vins, a concentration of the AOC Côtes de Duras appellation wines. First of all, you will have the possibility to taste and discover wines for free, guided by a team of passionate people. Then, follow outside the "Parcours du jardin des vignes de Duras" where explanatory panels will teach you how the vines are grown. The shaded tables under the arbors are recommended for a successful picnic.
