The Food Quality Fair has become REGAL, for Gustative, Agricultural and Fun Meetings. An attractive name for one of Toulouse's major trade fairs, which is held just before the end of the year celebrations. This is an opportunity to meet the region's agri-food producers. No doubt they will convince you, if necessary, to leave junk food behind and adopt local products: sausage, wine, oils, vinegar, beer, meat, cheese... Everyone can find their happiness.
