Beautifully located under the arcades of the central square, this is a very attractive address. Nicolas has infused his bar-restaurant with a resolutely rock spirit, while preserving the old and warm patina of the place. He has entrusted the stoves to Carole and Marie, travelling cooks, whose exotic and refined recipes delight the regulars at lunchtime: chicken mafé, Thai curry and all the delicacies of the Gers. A world cuisine at a friend's price, served in fine weather on a vast sheltered terrace, where it is good to linger.
