A castelnau was still present in the 12th century in Seissan. There is little left from that time, except for the high square tower that belonged to it. It was the residence of the abbots of Fagets. In 1286, a bastide is built all in length. The village has kept a lot of charm with its bandstand, its market, its church and its old half-timbered houses. At the exit of the village in the direction of Auch, you will find the pigeon house of Bernisse, a half-timbered and mud-brick pigeon house. In the vicinity of Seissan, you will find the very nice castle of Garrané and its church overlooking the surrounding countryside.
