Every Tuesday morning, from the Place Jasmin onwards, the Grand'Rue and the Place des Cornières are closed to traffic to make way for the market. Bread, farmhouse cheeses made from raw milk, goat's cheese logs, poultry and fish are present as well as fruit and vegetables with the beautiful Dordogne strawberries in season. Foie gras, confits, pâtés and charcuterie stalls revisit the flagships and several stalls offer organic products. As soon as the weather is fine, the main street and square of Castillonnès come alive and make it a very pleasant market.
