Establishment in Casteljaloux offering dishes with all the flavors and a short menu with finesse.
It is a real favourite of the guide for this new establishment which has just been opened in this spa town. Petit Futé tasted the complete menu and was able to appreciate the richness of the dishes, which highlight both the products and the person who works them. Indeed, Maxime brings out the best of all the flavours by daring and successful assemblies: a table of great value which still enriches the gastronomic heritage of the city! Proof that short circuits and short menus combine finesse, contrast and culinary delight.

Discrétion, finesse et ravissement des papilles ! De l’amuse-bouche à la verrine qui accompagne le café, tout est délicieux et finement réalisé. Le dessert proposé ce mois (crémeux chocolat caramel) est une véritable tuerie ! Je recommande +++

Génial ne pas hésiter, belle découverte gustative, belle déco, l'ambiance est cosi, un sourire sincère et une très bonne musique. Nous avons passées une excellente soirée. MERCI
