Refined address offering both bistro-style cuisine and two gastronomic menus at weekends (including a surprise menu).

Rouergat: a dialect of the langue d'oc spoken in Julien Amat's Aveyron region. That's all it takes to understand the attachment of this talented chef to this land. His cuisine is elegantly "bistro" and also plays a gastronomic score on weekends with a pastilla of veal shank with peanuts and golden raisins, chestnut purée, pressed potatoes and cream of gorgonzola with honey or a back of Skreï cod, crispy Crozet with fresh tomme, sweet potato purée, Lectoure saffron sauce, cuttlefish ink tile. What refinement!

Restaurant qui ravira les gourmets et les épicuriens, sans le moindre doute. Une cuisine excellente et raffinée pour un budget accessible qui plus est.

Idéal pour partager un repas dans une ambiance calme et gourmande.

Nos félicitations au chef qui dirige cet établissement et au personnel très professionnel et souriant. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter un seul instant.
