Isabelle, Pascal and Philippe keep this estate alive with its 28 hectares spread over three terroirs. Every Friday morning, the traditional market takes place in and around the Riscle market hall, featuring local producers. Don't look for an old market hall in the central square, as in many Gers villages. Here, it's a 1950s building at the entrance to the town. You'll find a wide range of specialities from South-Western farms, fruit and vegetables, as well as a fishmonger and even a delicatessen.
