If it is nestled in the heart of the hills and all its charm lies in this idyllic situation, it was for this ancient flourishing city killer: in 1584, Riguepeu is completely destroyed by flooding, trapped in this nest transformed into a bowl. All or almost because only one house has resisted the fury of the waters and today it is in the heart of the village! The constructions here are typical, of veinées stone stones that even bear the name of the site. You will enjoy its forests, that of Pitron, and especially that of Montpellier which, from the 1806 th century to, housed an important glass-glass industry where Armagnac bottles took life, before being replaced by the Tuileries. To discover and cross its magnificent countryside, three hiking trails are marked and do not hesitate to admire its fortified church dating back to 1746 and dominates the valley of the Osse, proud of its more recent steeple.
