Nicolas, Yann and Sébastien discovered beer during their student years in Amiens and Lille. They loved it so much, they decided to become brewers. They set up in Miradoux in 2012 and equipped themselves with a 100-liter brewery. Neither too big, to be able to continue brewing by hand, nor too small, to be able to satisfy enthusiasts. The three companions perpetuate a tradition of good organic beers, unfiltered, unpasteurized and refermented in the bottle.
