Restaurant offering dishes that evolve with the seasons with noble and quality products
Chef Bastien Boulard left his native Normandy to run the stoves of this medieval inn. Meals are served in a room with exposed beams, stained glass windows and a large stone fireplace that gives the room its soul. The dishes evolve with the seasons, giving pride of place to noble and quality products often tinged with iodine flavours. The generous plates show a great technicality in the service of an inspiration mixing classicism and originality. They are accompanied by a fine choice of wine.
