Perle d'Asie was established in the old train station of Fleurance more than 10 years ago. Red is the color of honor, a color synonymous with luck and happiness in Vietnam, where the owners are from. The neophyte is introduced to the delights of Asian cuisine before becoming a faithful customer like many of those present that evening. Luc prepares delicious pork egg rolls, fried ravioli, crab salad, shrimp fritters, chicken or pork brochettes, curried shrimp... There are few exotic restaurants in the Gers, don't miss this one.

Ce petit restaurant se démène pour offrir un rapport qualité prix plus que correct et l'ensemble est très satisfaisant dans la globalité.
Il n'est pas toujours facile de se faire approvisionner les meilleurs produits mais ils font vraiment leur possible pour proposer le mieux et c'est tout à leur honneur.
Au plaisir sincère de retrouver mon ami Luc lors de mes prochains passages dans le Gers ????????
