A restaurant with a terrace that is as much about the beauty of its setting as it is about its quality semi-gastronomic cuisine.
Sébastien Gilbert and Laurent Mames have set up shop in this former mill, serving top-quality semi-gastronomic cuisine. Partly troglodyte, the restaurant is a charming fortification. In this enchanting setting, you'll be served a farandole of flavors: Cromesquis of braised lamb shoulder and Tarbais bean velouté. Cod steak with seaweed salt, aligot with bries de maux. Desserts include Malibu and Passoa ricotta delicacy with coconut cookie. Or apple and pear crumble flambéed in Calvados.

Cadre très agréable bon service, une carte avec des menus très cohérents dont un menu avec des verres de vins pour accompagner chaque plat.
Je vous le recommande sans modération.
