Restaurant with terrace in an authentic setting offering simple and generous dishes
This buron is a great place for a meal in an authentic setting. The Aubrac all around offers a bucolic view of the cows and their pastures. Gérard, a local boy, settled here about fifteen years ago to share his love of the plateau and real food with the many pilgrims and tourists passing through. In the dining room or on the shaded terrace, they serve, with Nanou, simple and generous dishes: aligot-saucisse, Aubrac beef steak, duck confit, tripous and homemade desserts: red fruit tart or panna cotta.
