Restaurant with terrace offering seafood products such as fish parillada
On the Piton, this restaurant is an institution. Gone is the Kiosque, welcome the Colibri. Thanks to its central position in the town, halfway between Notre-Dame Cathedral and the Soulages Museum. Aurélie and Guillaume have developed an expertise that is rare in Aveyron, cooking with precision with all products, from the sea to the local soil. The menus, including charcuterie and cheese boards, shrimps and razor clams au gratin, can be enjoyed in the shade, on the terrace, as soon as the weather warms up. The meats are also excellent.
