Restaurant with terrace offering seafood products such as fish parillada
On the Piton, this restaurant is an institution. Thanks to its central position in the town, halfway between Notre-Dame Cathedral and the Soulages Museum. And thanks to its plates, which accurately present all the products, whether from the sea or the Aveyron terroir. Menus featuring charcuterie and cheese boards, parilladas, prawns and razor clams au gratin with parsley are served in the elegant dining room, or on the terrace in fine weather. Meats from Aubrac and Ségala are also excellent.
