This building, which for many years housed a flower store, has retained its traditional features - stonework, exposed beams and old timbers - and a warm, serene atmosphere. Two adjectives that also describe the restaurant's cuisine. "Papi's aperitif, Mamie's cuisine" is the credo of this charming Castonétoise address, whose dishes are reminiscent of family recipes: braised wild boar, chicken sot-l'y-laisse, strips of squid with tomato, cod brandade...
