Family-run inn offering bistro-style counter service cuisine
Sophie and Uri, a couple both in the city and in the kitchen, took over this family-run inn in the spring of 2016. And they have given it a real facelift. The place is now a bar-style kitchen, with a bistronomic tendency. Uri, who graduated top of his class at the Paul Bocuse Institute, worked at Bras. Sophie was vice-champion of France for desserts on the plate. Between them, they form an authentic tandem, attached to local products. But they don't forget to wake up this Carladez region with tapas and wine tastings.
