Family-run inn offering bistro-style counter service cuisine

Sophie and Uri, a couple both in the city and in the kitchen, took over this family-run inn in the spring of 2016. And they have given it a real facelift. The place is now a bar-style kitchen, with a bistronomic tendency. Uri, who graduated top of his class at the Paul Bocuse Institute, worked at Bras. Sophie was vice-champion of France for desserts on the plate. Between them, they form an authentic tandem, attached to local products. But they don't forget to wake up this Carladez region with tapas and wine tastings.

J'ai passé 2 semaines dans cette auberge. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les douches sont très bien aussi. Le personnel est accueillant et très souriant. La cuisine est exceptionnelle bravo au cuisto! J'ai passé un super séjour

Auberge très jolie. L'ambiance est cosy et chaleureuse. La chambre est du même niveau. On s'y sent bien et le calme qui règne est vraiment agréable. La localisation pas trop loin du centre du village est aussi un atout. Le genre d'endroit qui ne demande qu'à y revenir. En revanche, assez déçu du petit déjeuner. Pas de fruits, pains décongelés et cakes qui n'ont rien de "faits maison". La partie salée est mieux. Pas au niveau par rapport au reste. Dommage sinon ça aurait été parfait.
