As for the cuisine, Tony is in charge, the Vinivore is a bar to eat and drink with a Basque tendency: chipirons with Xipister sauce, grilled xistoras, croquetas, charcuterie, cheese or mixed boards to share... It's also an address where beautiful pieces of premium meat (from Galicia in particular) are in the spotlight, such as the rib of beef to be shared, which always makes people happy. It's a treat!
