In the charming Verona valley, a typical farmhouse houses "Le Nostradamus". Master restaurateur Miguel runs the place, while in the dining room and cellar, Amandine sets the pace. On the plate, the result is perfectly balanced: white asparagus/sauce ravigote/parmesan crumble/perfect yellow, roast saddle of lamb in kadaïf/strong tandori juice/smoked sweet pepper polenta/limeabné, shortbread shortbread/gin cream/sorbet elderflower.
