Lionel and Simon, who took over this emblematic establishment in 2020, have already put their values into practice: local seasonal products and creative dishes with hexagonal influences. Their cuisine expresses itself freely, notably with poultry from Florian Boubal in Mayas, rack of lamb from the Mayrinhac farm, trout from Estaing... On the dessert side, the ideas are also interesting. Lionel and Simon, who have taken over the famous baba from Méjane, have given it a very personal twist with verbena.
