LES MOUSSES DU ROUERGUE
Read moreAzeb, of Ethiopian origin, has worked in the field of law and business management. Régis grew up in the wine-growing area of Marcillac before training to make beer. This is quite a cultural and professional cocktail that the two young people have put together to create the Brasserie Mousses du Rouergue in Decazeville. Produced in the English way, i.e. without pasteurisation, without the addition of chemicals and by infusion, their beers, which carry the Nature et Progrès label, are completely natural.
