From this small village, the viewpoint of the Lot Valley is superb. We admire beautiful lotoises houses with pigeonholes. Capdenac-Gare is the twin of Capdenac-le-Haut to the rich Gallo-Roman heritage. Its expansion is mainly due to the presence of the railway station, which has enabled, in particular, the establishment in 1866 of a canning plant, the Guildford and Roquelaure cannery, which has since become famous. A steam locomotive is displayed on a parking garage in the station. In summer, the water base brings a pleasant animation.
