Surfescapade is a surf school located in the town of Tarnos. The school offers surf lessons for all levels, from beginner to advanced. Lessons are given by experienced and passionate instructors. The school also offers bike rentals, in partnership with Cyclescapade.

This sport is played in the great outdoors, the aim being to successfully throw your Frisbee - or disc - into a basket that looks like a basketball hoop from a distance. The aim is also to avoid the branches of surrounding trees, flower beds, etc. World record 260 metres! This mixed sport is suitable for all ages, from 8 upwards. The La Baye site includes an 18-hole course. The course is open to individuals with discs, except on Sundays and public holidays, from 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.
