Ice cream parlour, crêperie and tea room offering delicious and hearty buckwheat pancakes, seasonal fruit crêpes, etc

Since July 2023, Nadia and Christian Caralp have been at the helm of this ice cream parlour/crêperie/tea room, offering delicious and hearty crêpes (with homemade chantilly), waffles, and tasty ice creams from the well-known Philippe Faur brand. All washed down with mouth-watering Ariège cider or a local beer... among others. Sweet and savoury delights at all hours, on the premises or to take away, even on Sundays! The ingredients are fresh and organic. Smiles and friendliness are the order of the day. A very nice address, hats off to you!

Des personnes chaleureuse et adorable nous on fais goûter pas mal de bonne chose. Pancake. Crepe, bubble tea et des glaces artisanales si bonne..je recommande fortement !!

Wow, Le Canotier à Pamiers est une pépite! Je donne sans hésiter 5 étoiles. Les proprios sont des amours, la nourriture est un délice (soupe, pancakes, chocolat chaud, glaces, on a tout testé!). L'ambiance chaleureuse fait que tu te sens chez toi. Franchement, une adresse à adopter avec enthousiasme!. Hautement recommandé!
