The fario is the wild trout of the mountain lakes, the one that reproduces by going up the rivers. It is the real thing as we like it, a little thyme, a drizzle of olive oil simply grilled. Here is an artisanal organic fish farm on the banks of the Touyre. In a concern of respect of nature, the ponds of breeding are near the river where grow trouts and salmon of fountains. Grace à Groupon, nous avons connu la pisciculture de Montferrier. Un vrai régal, après un accueil chaleureux de la responsable, nous avons emmené nos petits enfants à la pêche pour la journée avec un pique-nique dans un site magnifique, frais et ombragé. Une journée exceptionnelle où tout le monde a été ravi. Trophée remporté par un de nos petits enfants (1,030 kg), qui lui a valu d'obtenir une coupe.

Outing tribe. Site of beautiful, well-maintained and clean, human-size, the friendly owners, friendly and available. All equipment freely available to cook fish and eat it on site. Equipment rental at more than reasonable. Our 3 years and 9 year old daughters loved and adults too!
We were very well welcomed and guided (the first fishing for everyone). We will go back, it is some!

We are happy to have discovered this little piece of paradise. It became the pilgrimage during our summer holidays in Ariège. In this year after our fishing we could take a nap on deckchairs!!!! The foot:)
