On the banks of the Labarre lake in Foix, the Fédération des Chasseurs d'Ariège has created a museum dedicated entirely to hunting and nature. The museum traces the history of hunting from prehistoric times to the present day, and features an exhibition of the region's flora and fauna. Along the way, a cave has been reconstructed to take you back in time, step by step. You'll also get to know Gaston Fébus, author of the famous book on hunting.
