Bar inn with terrace offering simple and authentic local cuisine

You will love to travel back in time at Philippe Montié's. A 17th century building with half-timbering. The wooden ceilings dominate a massive counter resting on real barrels; on the walls are old photos and paintings representing the coats of arms of the Ariège cities. Un petit restaurant simple comme il en existait à l'époque avec sa décoration. Une cuisine de tous les jours délicieuse et une ambiance locale que l'on ne trouve plus ! Je recommande vivement car c'est super ????

Qui peut encore proposer un menu complet, vin compris à 18,50 euros ? Nous avons vraiment aimé l'ambiance avec un patron sympathique qui engage facilement la conversation. Le menu, bien que simple, est entièrement fait maison, avec de bons produits .Pas de chichis et on se régale ! J'ai mangé un plat que je mangeais chez mes parents, bref nous avons passé un bon moment.

Petit bistrot de type pension familiale avec cuisine maison. Environnement un peu kitch mais accueil chaleureux et plaisant. Menu à 21,50 euros vin compris. Bon produit et portion copieuse.
