Renowned for the quality of its Alsace wines, Kintzheim boasts a number of monuments worthy of note: the Baroque-style town hall, the chapelle de l'Aigle, the three fountains and the banc reposoir (known as Joséphine's bench). In the center of the village, the Saint-Martin church is a reminder that Kintzheim was once fortified. Overlooking the vineyards, Kintzheim's 12th-century château is a listed historic monument. It hosts one of France's largest free-roaming bird of prey shows. In summer, guided tours of the vineyards are organized from the Tourist Office. Finally, Kintzheim offers direct access to the Haut-Kœnigsbourg castle via the RD35.
