Restaurant with terrace serving various home-made dishes.

The Bistrot de la Perle is located in the heart of Gérardmer. This restaurant proposes various dishes such as the famous cordon bleu of Father François with munster sauce, the tartar of the son with the tome of Vosges, as well as the mont-d'or. When you come back from skiing, it's a real pleasure! For dessert, brioche perdu, poached pear and hot chocolate profiteroles are offered. Decorated in beige tones, the interior is warm. In summer, you can enjoy the terrace located at the back of the establishment and on the front in the pedestrian zone.
