Préchacq-les-Bains is a renowned spa that has been in operation since the 17th century. Renowned for its rheumatology and respiratory tract treatments, the superb spa lies at the foot of the Chalosse hills, on the banks of the Adour river (thanks to which it grows its own mud). After a day of treatments, it's a delight to stroll through the surrounding countryside, along the banks of the trout-filled mid-mountain rivers! It's also the birthplace of one of Joan of Arc's companions, Lahire, famous for having given his name to the Valet de cœur card.
