With its narrow and steep streets, its light-coloured facades and its soothing calm, Scy-Chazelles would almost seem like a southern village... However, we are in Moselle, only a few kilometres from Metz. Scy-Chazelles has kept the traces of its past as a winegrowing village. It has also acquired a certain notoriety thanks to the illustrious Robert Schuman, one of the fathers of Europe, who is buried in the church of Saint-Quentin. You can immerse yourself in history by visiting his typical Lorraine residence from the 1950s, and his gardens. You can also enjoy a breathtaking view of the city of Metz from the sublime Place de l'Esplanade.
