He worked for the Ibarboure brothers in the Basque country. From his various experiences, he has retained a taste for inventiveness, gourmet cuisine at affordable prices, local producers and the choice of fresh, seasonal produce. Ambiance détendue et sympathique, service simple et efficace, agréable.
Le repas est excellent. Points très fort pour les entrées et les desserts, digne d'un etoilé. Plats très corrects, un tout petit peu au dessous du niveau des entrées et des desserts.
Il faudrait signaler la présence de boudin noir dans l'assortiment de porc, il peut être rebutant.
Je conseille sans réserve cet excellent restaurant !
