Restaurant offering a well thought-out menu and combined dishes in Orthevielle.
At Ferme d'Orthe, Michel Labastie makes his own foies gras and confits. He changes his menu every two months or so, but when the lady pigeon shows up, a special menu is dedicated to her. There's also a very attractive lunch menu available from Wednesday to Friday. His wife, Mylène, selects the wines to match the dishes and her personal tastes. The establishment also opens its doors on Wednesday evenings in high season. Reservations recommended, of course!
