Restaurant offering a well thought-out menu and combined dishes in Orthevielle.
At Ferme d'Orthe, Michel Labastie makes his own foies gras and confits. He changes his menu every two months or so, but when the lady pigeon shows up, a special menu is dedicated to her. There's also a very attractive lunch menu available from Wednesday to Friday. His wife, Mylène, selects the wines to match the dishes and her personal tastes. The establishment also opens its doors on Wednesday evenings in high season. Reservations recommended, of course!

Excellent repas , rafiné, travaillé, nous y sommes allés deux fois de suite, une fois pour la cote de bœuf, la fois suivante pour le menu bien plus convaincant et inventif. Pour le vin restez sur du très classique et surtout évitez le" spoutnik " .

Découverte hasardeuse qui en valait la peine. Mention particulière à la patronne qui met beaucoup de cœur à satisfaire ses clients avec beaucoup d humour et sincérité. Le chef en cuisine mérite compliments et félicitations pour ces bonnes et belles assiettes. On reviendra.
