Since 1831, the Covered Market has been a place of commerce and meetings with St. Stephen's Cathedral as its neighbour. Originally, this magnificent building was an episcopal palace. Go shopping to discover good regional products, fruits, vegetables, but also meats, fish and cheeses, flowers and teas... Some addresses will allow you to eat pleasantly, without fuss in a unique atmosphere. This U-shaped building, with two wings framing the courtyard, hosts the weekly market on Saturdays. A good plan!

Endroit emblématique pour tout messin qui se respecte ! C'est le lieu de rencontres pour tous les messins épicuriens qui aiment les produits de grande qualité et le folklore d'un marché couvert ! Il faut d'ailleurs s'armer de patience le samedi matin ; il y a un monde fou ! Mais cela vaut vraiment la peine de le découvrir ! Je le recommande vivement !
