Chef Kevin's cuisine at Chez Derrière is artistic and delightful. Marine and Johan, a passionate and deserving couple, are behind this unique place. Johan has a great talent for creation! Marine, his other half, has an instinct for the place, the right atmosphere, the right taste in tones and materials. Come and taste the menus "à l'aveugle" and let yourself be guided by this unique experience, where each dish is magnified by the perfect wine. In 2023, they will be launching the 56 Maison Chapelle bistro in the Sablon, also worth a try!

Nous avons pris un verre puis choisi le menu 4 plats à l’aveugle. On nous propose l’accord mets et vin, et de faire rentrer le premier verre dans la formule, puis finalement non. Un cheveux dans la saint Jacques. Très réactifs pour faire parvenir un nouveau plat. La cuisine était très bonne. Mais gros bémol au moment de payer. 5 euro de pourboire rajouté sur le tpe sans notre accord. Alors qu’en plus on avait demandé à diviser. On nous rembourse, la moite. Je repaye la moitié avec toujours le pourboire. On s’attendait à un petit geste, un verre peut-être mais rien à part des excuses. C’est dommage

Superbe restaurant, le plats sont excellents et cuisinés uniquement à bases de produits frais.

Eine große Enttäuschung. Leider konnte die bemühte Bedienung das unterdurchschnittliche Essen nicht aufwiegen. Das angeblich perfekte Ei war glibberig, in einer undefinierbaren Soße schwimmend. Ich gab es zurück. Die weiteren Speisen entsprachen weder dem Preis noch dem im Internet hochgelobten Niveau. Nie wieder. Die Einrichtung gleicht einem in die Jahre gekommenen Dekoladen, leicht schmuddelig und billig gemacht.
