You'll be carried away by the energy of a predominantly female team orchestrated by Marine, the owner of this Messinian "bouchon", which opened in 1995 and is now in her professional hands, supported by her mother in the kitchen. Everything is gourmet, from the unmissable kidneys, tender and hearty, to the calf's head with gribiche sauce, the seasonal suggestions, or the minute beef tartare. The dessert menu is perfect for those with a sweet tooth.
