(Ban-Saint-Martin) The Mont Saint-Quentin, culminating at 357 m above sea level, is recognizable by its radio. It completely dominates the city of Metz. Drogon, Bishop of Metz and natural son of Charlemagne, deposited the relics of Saint Quentin and built a hermitage. In 1798, everything disappeared to be replaced in the th century by military installations. In 1902, the Bismarck tower was inaugurated. The coast of Mount Saint-Quentin is a privileged place for walks, as it has escaped from urbanization. Many cyclists will make achievements there; attention, however, it is better to have a minimum of training! For forest walks, the vegetation can hide dangerous holes. Accidents are frequent.
