In Magescq, the classics of Landes cuisine are revisited here, while remaining faithful to the local culture and local products.

Bernard Coussau settled in the village in 1952 and his son Jean took over Le Relais de la Poste in 1991. Since January 2016, his niece Clémentine joined La Maison Coussau (2 stars in the Michelin Guide since 1972).
