Maison Coussau revisits the classics of Landes cuisine without distorting the local culture and products.
This exceptional establishment is a family affair! Bernard Coussau settled in the village in 1952, and his son Jean, passionate about local culture and products, took over Le Relais de la Poste in 1991. Since 2016, his niece Clémentine has joined La Maison Coussau (2 Michelin stars since 1972). Revisiting the classics of Landes cuisine, the Chef delights you, according to the season, with lobster civet doré au sautoir, pan-fried Landes foie gras or Saint-Jacques étuvée with black truffles.
